  Update September, 2016: Dr. Hranac has helped me. He has been professional. He has been courteous. I appreciate he is very busy. I am grateful he always takes time to listen. He is one of the best doctors in this area. I am sad he is retiring. I hope another doctor comes forward to shine like Dr. Hranac does. Dr. Richard Hranac is a local medical hero. He is retiring soon it is rumored. I suppose he has helped many people. My experience is that he is professional and thorough. He did not have time to extend pleasantries. I thanked him twice as he left the room for his help at my first visit and he and his assistant ignored me as they chatted to each other and walked out. He wanted me to come to get my blood pressure checked every week. I was sick the first week and had an appointment at the wound clinic the following Monday in the same CHI GSMG building. I asked the nurse to take my blood pressure and send to his office. They called me a few days later and told me they wanted me to only get my blood pressure at his office. They called me again the next day about the same thing! I am 52 yrs old. I do not need to be treated like a child. If I was part of a profession that is involved in the #3 cause of death in the US, I would not be so proud.
